Frontline beach duplex penthouse with 4 bedrooms to rent in the luxury complex of LA PERLA DE LA BAHIA in Casares Costa. This unique penthouse is located on the beachfront itself & offers unbeatable frontal seaviews from almost all rooms & offers 2 terraces overviewing the beach & entire coastline infornt. The entire property is built to a high standard & offers an unique ambience due to the numerious hand picked decorations & antiques from Morocco. This is a real gem for beach holidays! This luxurious duplex penthouse extends over 2 floors and is easily accessible via lift. The penthouse apartment is located in a luxury beachfront development with beautiful gardens and 4 communal pools. At each end of the complex is a restaurant (one open all year round) & the beach club of the nearby 5* Finca Cortesin hotel. On the entrance floor is the hallway with the guest toilet, the fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, the separate dining room with space for 8 people, the spacious living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The covered main terrace has glass curtians & offers spectacular views over the Mediterian Sea, the near coastline, Africa & Gibraltar. The huge master bedroom is on the upper floor and has its own en-suite full bath with window to the sea and offers large glass frontage with access to the open roof terrace with beautiful sea views. The entire apartment furnishings are very high quality and tasteful. Numerous hand-picked decorations from Morocco were used in all rooms and great importance was attached to a stylish ambience. If you are looking for a tasteful ambience in a unique location, you will certainly feel very comfortable in this penthouse.

The complex was beautifully maintained. Lots of space to relax and swim. Apartment is the best in the complex as right at the front with a beautiful view. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, books and games to use. Didn't switch the TV on at all!! Walk to Puerto de la Duquesa is a good 2 miles but really easy, flat and paved by the sea. Even water fountains enroute. Required car to do a decent food shop but useful recommendation to get fresh bread from garage on the other side of the road. Our stay coincided with the Casares music festival which was a bit noisy but would be worth a visit next time. Our hosts were lovely, very friendly and helpful. If you're vegetarian, the port has the best choices but the restaurant right by the complex does a good veg paella and pasta. Do make the walk along to the port as it's really buzzing at nighttime with lots of people of all ages and local stalls to peruse.

One of the best places to start your vacation. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and swimming pools in secure area. Every thing is even better the description..I highly recommend it and will definitely go again just to listen to waves. This apartment was absolutely gorgeous with the most stunning views of the water. The outdoor dining/living space is breathtaking! The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. I only wish we had more time here to not only enjoy this apartment but to also explore the local town and enjoy the beaches a bit more. We will definitely be back! Thank you Peter!
