Step inside this beautifully restored 1880's Carriage House and find a very spacious living room and large kitchen with everything that you need. Watch all of your favorite movies in the living room and find that the couch transforms into a very comfortable sleeper sofa for 2 extra guests. The primary bedroom is upstairs in the large loft area with a comfortable king mattress. The bathroom and washer and dryer is also located upstairs.

Right in the heart of Old Town, close to everything. Easy parking right outside the door. Compact but roomy space with everything you need. Very clean and neat. We loved staying here!
Awesome stay everything to shopping restaurants. The water is all walking distance wonderful neighborhood the photos don’t do the place justice.

Place is in amazing location and everything was as described and better.
Lovely place in quiet neighborhood in the heart of gorgeous Historic Alexandria. Alex was exceptionally responsive and communicative. The old carriage house was beautifully restored and was very cozy. Great kitchen. great modern temperature control. Comfortable bed. Gorgeous walks to river, historic neighborhoods, and eateries. Highly recommend.

The King Street Mile and surrounding brick-lined sidewalks are studded with centuries-old architecture, historic attractions and independent businesses. Old Town is the heart of Alexandria, located just minutes from Washington, D.C., voted one of Travel + Leisure’s Best Cities in the US in 2023 and a Condé Nast Traveler top 3 Best small towns in the US in 2023.
The King Street metro station is about a 15 minute walk away, which serves as your best access to DC and the surrounding areas of Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Old Town Alexandria also has a FREE trolley called the King Street Trolley that has stops every couple of blocks along King Street that runs between the waterfront in Old Town and the King Street metro station. It operates seven days a week between 11am and 11pm.
