We enjoyed our stay at this house, the location was perfect and there was enough space for everyone! We were expecting a hot tub outside or on a porch somewhere and there wasn’t one. We enjoyed being close to town and the fire pit was great. Would stay again

This location was awesome. 2 minute drive to downtown Helen and a beautiful stream to walk by on the property. 10 minutes to Unicoi State park and beautiful hiking and waterfalls Three floors of bedrooms allowed our multi-family group areas of privacy while allowing great family time. WI-FI worked great. We would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Bach-Berg House. Both Kitchens well stocked. Furniture in good condition and clean. Loved the fire pit, and appreciated the extra chairs that were delivered for our large group. Very Close to downtown. Josh was very accessible and accommodating. Appreciate the communication. No hot tub as advertised. This was disappointing as houses with hot tubs were our only choices when we planned this trip. Some of the Spring beds need mattress toppers. House was very clean, except the main area tile floor. Just needs a deep clean and some entrance rugs to catch dirt. Need more dish towels and pillows for house sleeping 16. Overall, had a great time and the house was perfect for a large group.

Josh was an absolutely amazing host. He's very responsive and has a very good understanding of what tenants need. Property was absolutely amazing and can't wait to go back. We will definitely be calling on Josh in the future for more properties. Recommend 1000%. Thanks again Josh.

Beautiful place close to a wide range of activities: Downtown Helen, tubing, hiking, climbing etc. Big property with lots of privacy. Creek in the backyard was clutch for the kiddos. Josh was responsive and polite, will definitely look to stay again!
