My family and I had a lovely stay at Marie’s place. It was close enough to places you’d want to visit but also secluded enough to have some privacy and peaceful space. Marie gave constant updates and clear instructions that made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. I’d love to visit again next time!

The veranda view is great. The place is on the 3rd basement floor so if you are not fond of climbing the stairs the place is not for you however the view and place was peaceful so it is still worth it. The house and kitchen is kinda small. But the veranda is wide but make sure to bring insect repellent lotion. There are worms appearing in the bathroom located on the kitchen, so make sure to bring slippers for the bathroom. The host and staff is communicative and very friendly.

The price made us hesitate at first, we're just college kids on a trip, but the balcony and modern interior really attracted my friends and I that we decided to overspend even if the location isn't as close to Burnham park as we wanted. No regrets! It was fun to sit out there at night as a group. It's not a walkable location from the city center but the peacefulness and privacy was definitely nice.

Located inside Bermuda Hills subdivision, a serene, foggy and gated subdivision with close proximity to the city proper (9-15 mins to Burnham Park). There are guard houses at village entrances and roving guards so the area is very safe.
The surrounding area is serene and with a lot of pine trees and lush greenery. It is very common to spot different bird species, butterflies and native sunflower shrubs. The is also a lovely garden in Bermuda Hills so guests should make sure to pay a visit.
The streets are not busy and there are only a few vehicles so guests are safe stroll or jog around. Just a few steps from Everglades is located a half-sized basketball court and volleyball net perfect for volleyball and badminton lovers. Or just let the kids play and run around the grassy area.

Street parking with security cameras around the subdivision. We also have our own security cameras and there are flood lights lighting the parking area. The adjacent area is also EverGlades property so parking is no issue.
