For the lovers of music and adventure, welcome to The Kinoko Music House. This centrally located townhouse has two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a loft with office space. Very clean and modern. You will have exclusive access to the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and office upstairs. I will be utilizing the basement and we will share the main floor. This is a spacious townhome with a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, dining room, and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and two full bathrooms. There is a loft with office with beautiful western views and fenced in small backyard and permaculture garden that you are welcome to use. This home is close to so many restaurants and shops and the music scene in Fort Collins is one of a kind. There is public transportation and the city is very bicycle and pedestrian friendly. 1 hour to Denver 45 minutes to Boulder 30 minutes to Longmont 25 minutes to Loveland 45 minutes to Greeley

House was very clean and exactly as advertised, located on a quiet residential street. Quick drive to shops, restaurants, etc.

The posting said "No cleaning fee," but there was a cleaning fee charged. He did refund this amount. We were in Ft. Collins for a bike ride. The garage was full of a lot of junk that we had to move in order to put our bikes in. The refrigerator had a lot of old food and jarred products that look spoiled. The bath towels were very low quality. There is no TV inn the place. Over all it was OK, but would not stay there again.

Great neighborhood and location. We also had a lot of fun playing ping pong during our downtime.

I really enjoyed staying at Patrick’s place. It was super close to everything I needed and the space was very clean and comfortable. I loved playing with some of the musical instruments even though I don’t know how to. Lol.
