Les Jalousies is a unique property set within the largest private grounds in the area and enjoys 400 feet of exclusive beachfront as well as lush, tropical vegetation that assures complete privacy. Located near to the Rum Point Beach Club and Kaibo Yacht Club and Marina, Les Jalousies is the ideal property for guests seeking privacy and seclusion within a sophisticated Caribbean setting. On arrival, guests will be welcomed by our 24/7 property manager for an introductory tour of the property and assistance with any questions or requests. Throughout the stay, the villa’s dedicated housekeeper will provide light housekeeping services and attend to the property, ensuring guests are comfortable during their stay. The housekeeper resides in a cottage on the grounds. For guests wanting more assistance during their stay, our dedicated concierge service, Minerva Cayman, is able to recommend and arrange restaurant bookings, private charters, private chefs, butler services, chauffeurs, grocery deliveries, and anything else that may assist you in getting the most out of your visit. This additional service should be arranged before arrival and is charged separately. For al fresco dining, the thatched cabana in the garden has a dining table that seats 10 and is convenient to the beach and the house. The private dock ends with another thatched cabana, providing a covered seating area—the perfect vantage spot for sunset drinks. The 30ft saltwater pool is perfect to cool off while taking in the views of the sea and the beach, which has numerous sun loungers and garden hammocks for sunbathing. As evening descends, guests can unwind around the firepit in a secluded area of the beachfront and enjoy the soft sound of the waves and the light on the water.
