We had a great stay in Grant's spacious and very comfortable maisonette. We were visiting family so we didn't really need to cook but it looked very well equipped. We all slept well in very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. It is conveniently located near all the shops and marine lake which was a joy to walk around every morning. All in all a huge success.

This was our second stay at Grant’s place, and that we chose to come back for Christmas says it all really. Lovely place, great location. Our party of six had a fab time.

My husband & I enjoyed a wonderful few days in this beautiful home in the heart of West Kirby. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms bright and spacious, a great outside patio area overlooking the park and literally seconds walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants & station. Our dog was made to feel very welcome and having the amazing beach & marine lake at the bottom of the road was ideal. Grant was very responsive to the couple of queries we had. All other instructions were very clear ahead of our arrival. Highly recommended!

A fantastic stay all round - Grant's house is beautifully presented, easy to access and perfectly placed for everything we wanted to do - mainly on the beach! - a real bonus was the outside terrace which on such sunny days was perfect for the family to gather for meals - communcation was great and very helpful with questions etc - thank you, we'll most definitely be back!
