The place was very secure and felt safe and had everything you needed for a long term stay. It also matched the description and William, as a host, was very responsive to requests. One thing I will say, which is completely out of William's control, is that the trains in this neighbourhood are very loud, so if you're a light sleeper, just something to be aware of.

Really great location. Spacious apartment with all the amenities for a long-term stay. Only complaint is the train, which is quite loud at night. Overall would recommend for a short- or long-term stay.

My extended stay at William’s place was perfect for the two months spent in New Orleans. The neighborhood is safe and walkable during the day (although caution should always be taken anywhere in NOLA during the evening). Close to stores, restaurants, music venues and historical center. The only thing worth noting is that there is a train which runs through the neighborhood and take a little adjusting, overall I would say that I had a perfect experience of life in New Orleans & highly recommend this rental.
