We had an incredible time here! Very affordable to people traveling on a budget and it was a very walkable and beautiful neighborhood. Everything was clean inside and I loved the decor! The walls seem to be very thin, but it was no issue because we had courteous neighbors. I'm sure if we ever did have an issue, Mac would have helped us solve it quickly. Mac was extremely nice and responsive to messages and his sweet wife(?) even talked to us and said we could have small cuts from their herb garden out front. There is also a fluffy cat that greeted us on the front porch that was very friendly! Overall, will absolutely recommend to anyone and we will try to be back the next time we're in town! Five stars! P.S. It is extremely walkable to both the bus lines and the tram lines if you want to go to the French Quarter/downtown. Also, if you need a few groceries during your stay we definitely recommend The Market on Adams. Around a 6 minute walk and very nice people there.

een gezellige woning met alles wat in de advertentie staat en een alerte gastheer. een waterkoker voor thee zou handig zijn maar verder alles prima. ligging vlakbij tramlijn 12 zodat je snel imen gemakkelijk in garden district en french quarter kunt komen

Quaint and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to fun action if you want to explore. Very safe and close to the colleges. LOVELY interior decor… cute front porch with orange kitty. Very comfortable bed and seating. Ceiling fans and strong AC left us feeling cool. TV is stream capable so we were able to watch what we wanted. Owners gave us privacy!

Everything was great! The only thing I would say is the walls are very thin and you can hear the tv and talking next door. If you are with a lover, they will easily hear you. Great location, cozy spot, no kitchen- guess I missed that. Overall a good stay.
