So glad we stayed at Dawn’s. we had a very relaxing peaceful time. Would definitely stay there again. dawn is a great hostess. Took lots of pictures to paint when I get home. Loved the pond, view, wildlife, songbirds. Great place for walks too! Thanks Dawn!

This was our first time to upstate New York and we were there to tour a college. Coleman Cottage was the most amazing place and really felt like home! The country setting was stunning and provided such a tranquil break from our usual life in the city. What made the trip even better was Dawn. She was an incredible host! The night we drove in the area had been hit with snow, she made sure to keep us posted about the weather, which streets would be safest to travel on and by the time we arrived she had the walkways shoveled and the house glowing and cozy! She also recommended an amazing place to watch the sunset over the snowy hills and which local shops and locations where worth the visit. We truly had a magical time and will 100% book with her again the next time we are in that area!!!

We stayed at Dawn's place for a sibling gathering. Dawn is an excellent hostess. She always communicated promptly and went out of her way to be helpful. The farm cottage is spacious and had everything we needed. The location is rural, peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and children were in the area for a wedding and spent a wonderful weekend away at Dawns cottage! It was located in a very rural and peaceful area on a dirt road. The old cottage was very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to wake up and enjoy some coffee while watching the horses in the pasture next to us. Everything was very clean and cared for, Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage for a week. The house was terrific, even bigger and better than advertised. We were very happy with the house and the amount of space it had. Dawn was a very gracious and helpful host. We will be coming back next fall.
