This place is suitable for couple or a single parent with 2 children , access to cot. The bed can be extended to a double bed . You are 5/10 minutes from Cadbury, Birmingham University, train station, retail park. Supermarkets Aldi , Sainsbury, Asians food Private, cosy and a rare opportunity at an affordable price- room in a family home with own private entrance. The room has Brand new beddings . Comfortable bed , blackout curtains for those sleeping during the day . Study desk and a cot for baby upon request . Private bathroom and toilet for yourselves. Guest who wants to reserve weekly spot are welcome to discuss with the host .

I had a very nice stay at Achol‘s place. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy! The kitchen and bathroom is brand-new. Close to the airbnb are numerous bus stops to get into the city and Selly Oak train station is only a 10-min-walk. Also beautiful parks, canal walks and restaurants in walking distance. Safe area! Achol was a very friendly, considerate and helpful host. I would definitely stay at her place again!

I had my BEST ever airbnb experience staying at Achol's lovely place. Achol was incredibly hospital and generous. We had a lovely chat. I would definitely stay with Achol again if I come to Birmingham.
Achol's place was a great location for me for a quick overnight stay officiating at a Tennis event in Birmingham. Achol was an extremely friendly host who made me feel like a family member / friend rather than an airbnb guest, she was very personable and talkative and nothing was too much of an ask for her. She was able to provide me with local reccomendations and also provided me with an iron when I needed one as well as scissors after a last minute emergency. The room was great and the bed can be either a single or double bed which Achol helped me make into the double bed and I had a bathroom to myself with all required ameneties. I also had breakfast provided as well as water / tea etc. The area was safe and within walking distance to bus stops, train station and local shops. I could not fault this stay.
Achol is a fantastic host. She excellent with communication and so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay again if in the area.

Very quite and lovely neighbourhood, friendly neighbours, close to bus stops, walking distance to university, train station , 10/15 minutes train ride to city centre , all major supermarkets, ethnic supermarkets such as specialist Chinese and Indian food, Cadbury world within 15 minutes walking distance, perfect location to stay .
Guest can take a long walk or cycle by the Canal for a peaceful enjoyable time.
There is a drive way which guest can use and also plenty of street parking all free of charge. No parking issues at all .
Lots of local taxis, train and bus stops within 5 / 15 minutes walk from the house .
Train is 12 minutes to city centre, bus is 20/30 minutes depending on traffic to city centre , you can walk to Cadbury world, University, supermarkets within 15-30 minutes.
