We've stayed in a number of Airbnb properties over the last several years. Everett"s placed was absolutely top-notch. The bed linens were exceptional quality. There were a vast number of choices of Kuerig pods for coffee. Under the sink in the main bathroom, they even had a temporary grab bar which could have been placed in the shower should a renter need it. Speaking of the main bathroom, they even had a towel warmer in there!!!! We were at this property for a family get-together at our nephew's place which was is the same neighborhood. We will definitely try for this unit when visiting Hot Springs in the future.

Everett was very nice when we contacted him about late arrival and answered the phone even though we came around 9pm when we needed help entering airbnb. The airbnb was clean and very cute and had all the amenities of soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, keurig pods etc. It had a lovely view of the river and tree with these cute little birds. Very peaceful. Thanks so much!!

Enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs! Location was far enough away for peaceful evenings and close enough for our visits to watch the horse races. The unit had no other unit connected next on one side for extra privacy and view was fantastic for morning coffee on the balcony. The unit was very clean, wonderfully updated and had everything we needed for our trip. We did not cook but the kitchen looked well stocked with everything needed for meals. We stayed with my in-laws and plenty of space for two couples. Everett was very helpful and responsive during any contact. Definitely will look to stay again when we return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The environment was welcoming and comforatable, It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast and coffee on the back porch each morning and then coffee again on the porch as the sun went down. Watching the Bald Eagle soar along the water was a plus! Thank you for making us welcome.

This was our 2nd stay at Everett’s place. We were their first guests after renovating at the end of March ‘23 and it was just perfect then and it was this time too! So peaceful and private and so well stocked. Love this place and we plan on going back again! Thank you, Everett!
