Amazing villa that lives up to its description. Expansive views over Nice, the sea, the hills and mountains. The main living/kitchen/dining space is super modern and we very much appreciated the central A/C. Most of the ground floor has wide large sliding doors which (when it cools down) really connects the space to the patio & terrace. The pool is awesome and a really great size for ball games, diving, and swimming. Saint-Jeannet is a 15-min walk and has some great local restaurants, a bar-tabac, bakery, butcher. Pretty much everything you need. Nice itself is a 40-min drive, but is very straightforward and down a main road. There are also some huge hyper-markets about 20m drive for everything else. Jordan was super and helped us out promptly with an issue we had (outside of the property) after we checked in. Definitely would love to return to Saint-Jeannet.

Beautiful very modern home in Saint Jeannet, high in the hills above Nice and the Côte d’Azur. Great views from the large floor to ceiling windows stretching the full length of the first floor. Large, very spacious kitchen, living room and dining areas. Very modern, new kitchen facilities, including refrigerator, freezer, stove and dishwasher. Extremely comfortable large bed rooms. Even during the heat wave covering Nice during our stay, the air conditioning worked superbly, providing great comfort in the late afternoon and at night after our return from the Nice area beaches. Finally, the large pool! Very much enjoyed every day of our stay, immediately upon our return from our daily excursions to the beaches and late into the evening. Very difficult to persuade our sons and four teenage granddaughters to leave the pool for dinner and other food breaks. Exceptional, extremely peaceful home providing welcome relaxation by the pool after our busy daily ventures into Nice.

Beautiful house! Our party of eight (four adults and four kids) loved it. Brand new with a massive kitchen, expansive living room, spacious bedrooms, and great views of the valley. Felt luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The built-in espresso maker was the favorite feature among the adults in our group. The outdoor space was wonderful too - lovely pool (kid favorite) and a nice dining and lounge area. Saint Jeannet, a beautiful little mountain town, is just a short walk away from the house. Great restaurants and very charming. We had a great wonderful stay and can’t wait to visit again!
