The host is very responsive and friendly. the location is great as it walking distance to a beautiful beach. The bathroom seems to be newly renovated and clean. The place has thin wall thus it was loud when there is other in the kitchen or if the dishwasher is on. The rooms are exactly as seen in the photo except one of the room is actually part of the laundry room and literally behind the dishwasher so it was loud with water sound when it is turned on. There is a few extra steps through out the house which was tripping hazard for toddler. tThe house was converted to maximize the number of room thus the laundry room is fitted with a bed and the closet have turned into another small bedroom. The neighbour across the street approached us and told us that we cannot stay here as it is not licensed airbnb and will report to City. We informed the host and host says it is licensed-dont know for sure if licensed or not. Anyways it was not comfortable having the neighbour upset at our group

It was a great a great introduction to Canada for our British friends, the bathrooms were top notch and it is a fun place to stay
