Renee & Forrest's place was just right for us -- 2 couples. It was very comfortable, especially the beds and pillows! The only downside for us were the plug-in air fresheners and the potpourri. One of our group was extremely sensitive to these fragrances. We solved the problem by setting them outside for the duration. We liked your signs as well. They gave clear directions which was very helpful.

Really great neighborhood, super clean and comfortable. Also a screaming deal! It was perfect for our family to watch state basketball!

It’s a nice place with a cozy feel, amenities were good for a short stay. We didn’t have enough towels for our long stay so we purchased more. They did have a washer and dryer but we were there for tournaments so we didn’t have time to cycle laundry to clean the towels provided. We also upgraded the toilet paper, single ply just doesn’t say home to me. Overall it was a nice place we would stay at again. Definitely kid friendly.
