The unit was clean & well stocked. The bathrooms were nicely updated. The outdoor view of the golf course was very pretty! Overall the unit was nice & had plenty of room for our family to stay together. But… there are a couple things to be aware of. It was a hassle getting into the unit. The lock codes did not work & family waited for almost a half hour (with a 7 month old baby) before they recoded the 2 doors to get in. This happened again the next evening? When booking I did not realize that there were rental units above us? They allowed us 2 parking spots. When booking, I messaged them asking if we could have 3, as family was coming from different directions. There was no response. The day we were to arrive I asked again for 3 parking spots. They told me we could only have 2 & that the 3rd vehicle would have to park on the street (which is very narrow & infront of other peoples homes). Both days & nights we stayed, there were 2-3 open parking spots in front of the unit?

Great place for guys who went fishing on the North Platte and way above our standards for a fishing trip. Each of us had our own bedroom with a bathroom down each floor. Kitchen was fully equipped and we had a great time grilling on the patio which faces a golf course.

Josh was very responsive and accommodating. This is a beautifully maintained property centrally located to all the activities that I had planned during my stay. I would stay there again if my travels bring me that way. thank you.
