The house is in a great location and is very spacious! The canal is great along with the nice back porch. I was disappointed to find that the master shower was still cold. After reading other reviews I assumed the problem was fixed. One shower for more than a couple of people is not ideal. Also, similar to another review, we had bought a box of donuts and left them on the counter to wake up with ants in the box. The box was closed but that didn’t keep the ants out. Also, we had a neighbor ask to enter the home while we were there. I did contact the host who said this was their friend who needed to access the garage, but it was strange to say the least. Lastly, the canal was great! Offering paddle boards or kayaks would have been the icing on the cake as there is no where to rent any near by. Google said there was a marina area to rent them, but there is not.

The house was perfect for our group of 10. Pleanty of space, clean, conveniently located and great area to stay with a nearby park. The host was very responsive and we would stay here again. The kitchen had everything that we needed and several coffee maker options for ground coffee or k-cup use. The back patio is a plus if you want to sit outside and enjoy the sun.

We arrived at our check in time. We had to wait because the cleaning crew was still there, but the house was not very clean. There was no hot water in the master shower. The secondary bathrooms faucets almost appear to be coming out of the wall. We stayed one night of our 6 night stay because the next morning we had an ant infestation in the kitchen and had to toss out a ton of food.

The plumbing fixtures in the kitchen, master shower and bath shower need repair and maintenance. Informed the host and she is aware of the problems and if she responds as quickly and efficiently as she did to a couple of other issues, the plumbing will be fixed. Other than that, great place.
