Pete was an amazing host. My family had gathered in Reno at the last minute to visit a loved one who was very sick in the hospital, and we hoped to find single large space to share so we could keep each other company during a difficult time. Pete's place was one of the few options I could find last-minute, and he was incredibly understanding and responsive. He had the place cleaned (excellently!) and we were able to get in ASAP The house was well located and the interior was lavish and kitted out. We lounged and commiserated in front of the fireplace and relaxed on the patio. The games room was fully loaded and a blast to use. Considering our somber mood, we didn't expect to make much use of it. In the end, though, it turned out that pool, poker, shuffleboard, and foosball were exactly what we needed. On a different note, I left one of my AirPods in the house and Pete was super responsive and understanding and shipped it ASAP. Absolutely recommend Pete and his home — 5+ stars.

Pete and his home are incredible! The house has a unique charm that the photos do not do justice on! The property in stunning and we felt so comfortable and luxurious in the space. The game room is super cool and one of a kind. Pete was a responsive attentive host. 10/10 recommend and I would absolutely stay here again!
