Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Wind Warrior Ranch for our much-anticipated reunion, and it was an absolute dream come true! This Alpine-style estate nestled near the foothills of Mount Rose provided us with an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning surroundings. The property's location, bordered by the gorgeous national forest on three sides, offered us the perfect blend of privacy and natural beauty. We were greeted by the majestic double doors and vaulted ceilings, setting the tone for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The accommodations were beyond impressive, with six spacious en suite-style rooms that provided each guest with privacy and comfort. The private balconies offered breathtaking views of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, and we were lucky enough to spot some whimsical wildlife during our stay.

This mansion was the best deal ever! We really enjoyed our stay (the 15 of us as a family). The home was well stocked, well cleaned, and very spacious and accommodating for all of us. The location was great, the amenities were great and the home itself was great. We would love to come back here again!

Pros: I have stayed in many AirBnBs and this has to be the largest. There was 7 available bedrooms. I believe all but 1 room had its own bathroom. The house had 4 (yes that's not a typo) living/family rooms. The location was walkable to Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and we hiked the White Creek Trailhead. Mt Rose was a short drive and plenty of areas to play in the snow with the kiddos. It snowed the last day of our trip which really brings out the beauty in the location. The casinos are about a 20min drive. Cons: The Buyer has this house listed for sale. 5 days before our trip, the property manager/listing agent requested to show the property during our stay which was totally unacceptable. Eventually we were able to straighten everything out through AirBnB support and the host. I think this situation could have been avoided if the host provided these details in her listing and/or disclosures. There were very few towels available (only 2 per room).
