We enjoyed staying at Karen's house. We stayed for 6 nights for a hockey tournament, 3 moms and 4 children, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Karen was a great host and always responsive. The shower in the master bathroom ensuite did not work but we were fine using the main bathroom shower instead.

I stayed here for a weekend, and the house was perfect for our needs. It had plenty space to stretch out, has a nice kitchen and dining room area, and everything was comfortable and in great condition. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again next time.

We rented Karen's place in December and had mixed results. The house is in a nice residential area with a park nearby. The local main street is 10min away with all the stores you need. The house has a strange layout, there is one bedroom on the 1st floor which has a separate heater as there is no heat on the first floor. The second floor has the living room, kitchen and the. 3 bedrooms / bathrooms. The only TV is located in the kitchen with a small sofa. Not great for communal TV watching or socialising. The house was clean but very worn. The appliances all need replacing, the range / elements were stained from years of use, the dishwasher was rickety / noisy and the fridge worn. It was also not prepped for cooking with key utensils missing… (ie spatula, can opener, etc.). The showers were also quite worn. We would not stay there again.
