If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your property during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties. Minimum age: The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Check-in / Check-out: The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability. Gatherings: Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Very comfortable in a great location!
Don't pass on Rafi's place - It's high end! The house is well appointed, 5 star clean, comfortable and centrally located. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! It was well worth the fee.
A great spot to stay! Bagels across the street, easy walk to Rittenhouse Square, we had a wonderful time!
Stayed at Rafi's place from Apr 4th to Apr 9th, visiting for Wrestlemania. Pro's: very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, good location, close to stores since it is very difficult to find a parking space you can walk there. Con's: very uncomfortable sofa in the living room, outdated, needs to be changed. We ran out of toilet paper. There is only a little sponge provided to wipe counters, table, etc in the kitchen. The front door has to be pulled quite hard to shut, even if the blue tick is showing it doesn t mean the door is closed, you have to verify every time. The first floor is quite cold since the entrance door is not isolated. The control of the heat is on the first floor, the temperature is not even on every floor, makes it complicated as you have to adjust it quite often. As mentioned in other reviews, the garage is quite narrow. I own a Prius C, i had to work to make it fit so there is enough space on each side to get out.

Whether you're a foodie, an art lover, or simply enjoy spending time outdoors, this neighborhood is sure to delight.e city, as both the Market Street West office district and University City are within walking distance.
