This place is amazing! We had a two bedroom two bathroom unit and it was clean and comfortable with a beautiful and large kitchen and family room. The ceilings are high and there are a ton of windows! It’s modern and beautiful. The only slight nitpick is that the apartment holds 4 people but has only one tiny two person couch. Hopefully they will get a new one. But the beds are great and the space is amazing. I wouldn’t necessarily walk around at night but it’s fine during the day. The nearby Palm Tree Gourmet market and deli is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and snacks!

Interesting concept. Converted warehouse turned rental condos. It seemed more like a hotel than an AirBnB but I suppose that is the premise. Staff that was visible seemed attentive and helpful but they were few and far between. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities we needed including the washer/dryer. There was more closet space than we possibly knew what to do with. The beds were surprisingly comfortable given that nearly everything in the unit seemed to have come from IKEA. For our purposes where we had two separate groups of travelers it was a good fit. Easy to access and the proximity was great.

Having stayed many places over a number of years for work and personal travel, I’ve never had an issue at any Airbnb, especially as it relates to the people. I generally find everyone to be great and looking to solve any negative issue or experience which (as you can see for yourself) has led to nothing but positive reviews. This place as an apartment to rent is fine. That said, the guy in his 30s working the desk was atrocious and condescending (sorry to pull you away from your phone, friend). Although my guests were registered, he took quite the issue with them accessing the building they were allowed (and paid) to be in. Where this really gets fun though was after hours when our phone loving friend’s shift ended and swapped for security given the late hour…I say it gets fun because literally anyone could come and go. The door was unmonitored for long periods which seems puzzling given the attitude of the day staff and fact this certainly isn’t the “best” area the leave doors open.
