Welcome to our luxury condo, in the University City section of Philadelphia. Located just minutes from Drexel University, Penn, CHOP, 30th St Station, Center City, The Philadelphia Zoo, and the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art. There are generously sized 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 office room, and a large roof top with a beautiful view of the city skyline. Amenities includes wifi, 77inches tv and streaming services, board games, all kitchen appliances and utensils, washer, dryer, and more. The condo is newly built and designed with an open concept throughout the house. Every room is spacious and there are windows in every room that allow plenty of light in. The condo is equipped with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It's located on the top two floors of the building with access to the roof which offers a beautiful view of the city skyline and Philadelphia Art Museum.

Meng's condo is a little gem in Philly, conveniently located and a short drive to the center of the city! It is a new condo with modern decor, open space, and great amenities. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge convenience! There is a small private lot for parking next to the building but it only has 4 spots. We were able to park there one of the nights. However, there is plenty of parking on the street right in front of the building. We felt very safe. Communicating with Meng was very easy as he responded within minutes. We appreciate his clear instructions and flexibility during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Meng’s place was in a good location, close to the city, yet not right in the middle of a super high traffic area. He was super responsive when we had a small issue with check in and got things resolved right away. My only note would be about the parking. There was plenty of street parking which is a plus, but we were intentionally looking for a place with a dedicated parking spot (not easy in the city, we know) and that was not available to us when we arrived. We didn’t have any problems finding a spot on the street, I just wish that was communicated before we arrived, especially since the booking specifically mentions parking.
Brand new condo with comfortable set up - the 2 beds were comfortable but the pullout couch is only fit for small frame people. We booked this place specifically because parking was included however the parking pass was not available so we had to worry about being towed and move the car a lot. No clear instructions to find the garbage bins outside. A bit noisy due to the train and the traffic but walkable neighborhood.

The neighborhood around Mantua is relatively quiet and safe to walk around during the day or at night. From the condo, you can visit the Philadelphia Zoo which is only a 5 minutes walk, or take a stroll down the Philadelphia Art Museum which is 15 minutes walk away. Whether you're up for a late-night snack, lunch or dinner, there are plenty of restaurants around Drexel. In addition, you can easily grab food from the food plaza behind the condo which includes Wingstop, Emmy Squared Pizza, and Naz's Halal Food.
There are plenty of street parking around the area. UPenn, Drexel, Philadelphia Zoo, and Museum of Art are all within walking distance. Downtown is about a 5 minutes drive.
