Every one of our guest loved the place. It was spacious, very clean, and all the amenities they could want. The "Apples to Apples" game was a favorite. Amanda was a great host, always responsive to our messages. We will definitely use it again, you have a fan club.

There was 12 of us that spent the weekend at Amanda’s home. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out on a snowed in weekend without feeling cramped or over crowded. We were very pleasantly surprised with all the seating/tables that allowed us to play multiple different games at the same time. The yard was large for our dogs to play and the privacy made for a relaxing stay. We would all definitely love to come back again!

We happened on Amanda's place fortuitously at the last minute as our original reservation fell through due to it flooding. Amanda was very responsive and helpful with clear instructions. The place was comfortable and in a great place to reach Pleasant Mtn (20 mins) and North conway (50 mins). It had all the necessary amenities to make it a great winter holiday for our family. We hope to be back someday!
