Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walk off the deck down to the beach for the day, hit the outdoor shower then grab dinner and drinks from one of the many neighboring restaurants. Located right in the middle of Boston (30 minutes north) and Cape Cod (30 minutes south) we are all about the outdoor entertaining here at the sunrise shack or our favorite take the party down to the beach! We have a cooler, chairs, table and some kids toys for you to bring to the bring if you’d like. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house located on brant rock beach. Stylish updated beach house with a full length deck overlooking the ocean. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washer and dryer, towels, and hair dryer. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, and a breakfast nook. Living room has a pull out couch and two chairs along with a smart tv to watch your shows. The bedrooms are Al upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a full bed and a sitting area, bedroom 2 has a a twin bed with trundle under it. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a smart tv. All bedrooms have ocean views. Outside you’ll find a picnic table for 8 a surfboard bar, some Adirondack chairs and an outdoor shower. In the shed we provide little beach necessities like chairs, cooler, table and beach toys.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Brant Rock. Breathtaking sunrises, relaxing walks along the seashore and in town. Good local restaurants. Perfect location to unwind.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Chanelle’s Brant Rock house. The surroundings are beautiful, with gorgeous sunrises each morning right off the back deck and ocean wall. The beach is pretty with direct beach access and a nice jetty to explore, plus colorful skies at sunset. The house itself was very cute, clean and nicely decorated with a fun beach vibe. We enjoyed the spacious lounge/bar/picnic table area daily, which had a fantastic breeze and was very relaxing. The house was well stocked with everything our family needed, from beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for kids, to comfy bedrooms and beds with pretty ocean views. We enjoyed exploring the restaurants, ice cream shops and little stores, all right in easy walking distance. Chanelle was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay and was a great host!

Absolutely beautiful neighborhood right in brant rock beach. Walking distance to a breakfast diner, great local restaurants (5) a market that has everything you need, a slushy spot and ice cream store! Around the corner you’ll find 2 marinas a coffee shack with the best donuts we love walking there in the morning but go early there’s always a line, and right past that is the beautiful green harbor beach (1.5 miles) a must see!
There is room for parking 2 cars at the house (depending on size) and there’s ample parking in the esplanades right before south st where you can the walk to the house it’s just a house away.

Hello! Troy and Chanelle here we are high school (middle school) sweethearts that joined the army, traveled the world, started a family, and moved back home to Massachusetts to start settling our roots and create a home. We’re happy to share our homes with you. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns!
