Decent place to stay in Secunderabad.

The place is infested with Cockroaches. They come only in the night and when we checked in the night, they were roaming all over the place. There is lot of dust accumulated in the house and the bathrooms were dirty. I have exchanged the messages with the host in the night and shared the photos of the cockroaches roaming. I had to kill many of them. Post my complaints she got the servants to clean the house and bathrooms. The house needs maintenance and professional cleaning and importantly pesticide treatment to be done. Every night till I stayed I have been killing the cockroaches. Since there is no kitchen, I expected a flask and cutlery for usage by the guests. They are not available. Shadan is good in her response and listens to the complaints. But the stay is not worth the money.

The host was responsive and check in was smooth. Great place for group gathering and parties.
