This spacious, warm and cozy studio apartment provides comfortable sleeping for 4, with 2 queen size beds. One bed is a comfy pillow top, the other is comfy memory foam type mattress sofa bed. The retreat is situated adjacent, and attached to our single-family home. The neighborhood is small and quiet. It is accessed through a beautiful covered bridge, which crosses a year round flowing stream. Depending on the time of year, you can see the salmon working the way upstream to spawn. You may spot a great blue heron by the creek, or a red shouldered hawk flying above. There are two queen size beds, a full bath, and a kitchenette with sink, two burner induction stove, toaster, coffee pot, small refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave. During the colder months, there is a mini split heater, which you can easily adjust to maintain your desired temperature. Wi-Fi is provided with a smart and large 72" TV We have off street parking available on the driveway with a sidewalk that leads to the front door of the studio apartment. There’s plenty of good lighting at night and a lock box for easy self check in.
