Alicia and Tod were super responsive and accommodating. We arrived later in the day and super easy to get in. We stayed the weekend of the solar eclipse and they left us glasses for viewing which was super thoughtful! The beds were also super comfortable. We had a great stay!

Great spot to stay. We were here for a month as we moved house. Alicia was very responsive and there was plenty of room for us and our two dogs. Lots to do locally. Casino is three minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Alicia is a very responsive host and her place is extremely clean. The kitchen is well-equipped and the furniture all seems nice and new. A few minutes drive to a grocery store, liquor store and good restaurants in Farmington, Victor and a little farther away in Canandaigua, too. You'll hear the neighbors upstairs walking around but that's a minor inconvenience, especially if you're there just for a short stay. The back yard has a small covered patio with chairs and a table and a lawn. Plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. The pictures are accurate.

Alicia’s basement apartment was very tidy and accessible and she made sure we had everything we needed. She also responded promptly to all messages and even wrote to check in with us about our check in. The upstairs neighbors were very friendly as well. A great little spot with an excellent host.
