We had a wedding in the area and this was a perfect place for home base for our family. It was roomy, things for kids to do- toys, back yard. Felt like a home. We also appreciated being able to use the garage! That was a plus! Andy was a great host. Check in instructions were easy, and I appreciated the text on checkout morning explaining what needed to be done before we left. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Had a great time at Andy’s villa! The house was very clean and comfortable and the location was central to everything that we wanted to do. It was just my husband, me and our 2 small dogs and the house is so big we didn’t even use the downstairs. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups. It would be a great place if you’re traveling with children as there is a great playroom and gym in the backyard. Nice neighborhood to walk the dogs. Andy provided a lot of spices, condiments and toiletries and he was responsive and kind. We’ll definitely stay at the Villa again if we find ourselves in that area.

Andy's place was excellent. It was spacious, with a comfortable living room, a large kitchen, a big play/entertainment room for kids, and an amazing playset in the backyard. We booked it for a few days to visit family in the area and it was everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend Andy's for a large family or group.
