Come unwind at this newly renovated and charming Cape Cod retreat. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood set along Green Pond, this property features a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, brand new furniture, & game room, making it a vacation destination all on its own. Walk to bar/restaurants, a playground, Smitty's, and a short drive away from some of the Cape's best beaches, and beautiful, bustling, downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole, this property really does offer the best of both worlds. The property offers 4 dedicated bedrooms, an office, an open floor plan with a living/dining/kitchen space, a large breezeway, as well as a dedicated laundry space and bar/game room in the basement. The four main bedrooms are upstairs, three are clustered together and one is separated from the main living space located on the other side of breezeway. The office space is in the basement. All of the rooms feature USB ports or outlets on the nightstands and/or lamps, and all the rooms are outfitted with white noise machines. There are two full bathrooms - one is the main bathroom for the home and has a shower/tub combo. The other is an en-suite and features a walk-in shower (no tub). There is also an outdoor shower. In the game room there is a pool/ping-pong table, a dartboard, a Ms. Pac-Man machine, bar with mini fridge, and a TV. There are also lots of games such as Pucket, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, and backyard BasketPong. There are also some toys and books for younger children. These things are typically located in the closet underneath the stairs in the basement. In addition to the outdoor shower, the backyard also features a 7-person hot tub, a fire pit, and a propane grill. We will provide one bundle of wood for the fireplace, and one tank of propane for the grill, per stay. There is a blue sprinkler pad, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella that can be utilized during your stay. These items can be found in the shed out back, please make sure they are returned by the end of your stay.
