We had a wonderful stay - the place was exactly as advertised and was extremely clean. Some pros and cons that stood out to us: Pros: 1. Value. For what we paid, this place exceeded our expectations and was much more spacious, clean, and safe than anything else at the similar price point. 2. Host was very communicative. 3. Interior felt very luxurious and many amenities came provided. Cons: 1. The parking situation was very confusing. Our host did send us a message beforehand telling us to park on the street and to read signs carefully, but we still got a parking ticket the first night due to confusion on how to interpret the unclear signage. Fridays are also street sweeping days from 7 AM to 12 PM so it wasn’t clear what your parking options were during this time frame. It would be very helpful if a diagram of where we could park could be provided. 2. The walls of the guest house were thin so in the morning you could easily hear all noise coming from outside the house.
