The house was very clean and very nice spacious. Also the point of contact was very responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. As a matter fact next time I’m in Wilmington, I will.

Jackie (the host) was great from the start. She was great at communicating and very responsive. She uses Evolve, but she was always hands on and helpful. My family and I stayed at this location for almost three months when the plan was to be there for approximately 6 weeks. Jackie was very accommodating and helpful. We had a very nice experience. The home was clean and private. We always felt safe. We were surprised to find some good restaurants nearby (even within walking distance). We just moved to Delaware and really had no idea where to rent while we looked for a home. Fortunately, we found this location and really feel blessed to have spent our first several months in Delaware right here. Thank you, Jackie! Your home is just as advertised and you were a gracious and wonderful host. Thank You!!!
