As a family of 5, we were looking for a get away that would be both fun for our kids, and relaxing for us as parents. Our stay at Cockerham exceeded our expectations. There were so many toys for our kids to play with and the animals were so friendly that they were entertained for hours. Our favorite part was making the pizzas that Jessica provided as a family! But also sitting in the sauna once the kids were asleep! Jessica was really fast to answer and get back to us with anything we needed. We would absolutely recommend their property to friends.

We had a fantastic stay in the family pod - Sand Villa Stays is a credit to you! What a wonderful setup, they really have thought of everything to make for a great, fun, comfortable stay! Everything was better than expected including better WiFi/signal too! After enjoying the very thing the family pod has - which is lots! Sauna, jacuzzi bath, outdoor fire and covered seating so no rain issues, outdoor hot shower (nice treat!) pizza maker etc… etc… We enjoyed a relaxed movie night on the tv. We were surprised how much space there was in the pod compared to other pods/huts we have stayed in… pure comfort. The kitchen and bathroom are both so good! Get the pizza package- they taste professional!!! Lovely. We are already discussing coming back for a longer stay. Thanks so much, The Scott Family

Jessica's place was lovely. The jazcuzzi/spa bath, sauna and pizza oven were great. All instructions were provided via a website link. Everything you need was available such as firelogs for sauna, food to feed animals, airfryer, hob, oven, kettle, kitchen utensils and pots and pans and throws to keep warm. Jessica was very responsive. Only thing is to make sure you bring your own bedding and towels. Youre only provided with a mattress.
