Enjoy our spacious and stylish room at the main Piazza in historical Split city center. The place is located in the heart of UNESCO Old town and all the best spots are just a minutes away. We completely renewed the place a few years ago and we hope the combination ow traditional stone walls and all the amenities of modern day living will catch your eye and you will love it as much as we do. Room with an ensuite bathroom overlooking the main piazza in Split old town. Completely renovated a few years back, therefore a great combination of traditional stone building with all the needs of modern-day living. There is a small reception at the beginning of the floor and 2 neighboring rooms with a private entrance.

Great stay in the heart of Split. Very clean room with all necessary amenities, amazing view from the window to the main square. Double glazed windows stop any outdoor noise, which is great, you won’t even think you are so central. Bruno was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Situated on the main Piazza in the UNESCO Old town of Split, one of the most iconic and historically important places in the center of the town. You are just a few steps from the Diocletians palace. No traffic is possible, since the old town was founded more than 1700 years ago and the alleys are too narrow for a car. Best restaurants, bars, historical locations, and beaches are just around the corner from your place. One of the best features of the location is the closeness of the harbour where you will find the main bus station and all the lines to the islands.

Anywhere in the old town, your feet are the best transportation. To the bus station and the harbor you will have less than 10 minutes of easy walk.
You can take a shuttle bus to the airport or we can provide a private transfer for you.
