The House, Location and condition of the property is just amazing, in our personal experience I will give them 3 Stars base on the fact that the house, had several items that a place as expensive as this should it be checked before our arrival. 1. pool water heater wasn't meeting the right temperature 2. Office didn't provide manual/instructions how to operate the sound system of the house. 3. only 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom 4. kitchen was empty, no essentials at all (salt, sugar, pepper etc, not even oven mitts) 5. elevator wasn't working properly. 6. communication through the app was fast at responding but since it's a 3rd. party , office was not aware of none of my request nor my conversations.

This was our first time staying at the beach and it was amazing. It was our first real vacation with our 3 year old so we wanted to be right on the beach so we wouldn't have to lug a bunch of items back and forth. It was so nice walking straight out to the beach and having chairs and umbrellas already set up for us. We only had 4 adults and a toddler so it was way too much house for us but we liked the fact that we had whole floors to ourselves. If you are going to the beach in Panama City this is the place you want to stay.

Great property and location!! The view is amazing along with house. Had a great time. Only issue was the bugs, host was responsive but referred us over to front desk, who didn’t care much… need to fix asap.

Absolutely gorgeous home. Staff was very responsive! Resort pool and Lazy river amazing…. I will definitely be back…

The house is absolutely amazing, but we encounter excessive amount of roaches in rooms and kitchen. We counted over 20 roaches all sizes during the very first 24h. We reported to the host but they do absolutely nothing, just ask us to reach out to the front desk. The front desk did not seem to care, sent a maintenance guy to spray who was very rude. Roach problem continued but host, again did not seem to care and was slow to respond. I requested a later check out to compensate for this incident, host said they were going to reach out to the property, lied about it, said they were unable to grant it, I asked the front desk they said Leavetown is just a booking tool and did not reach out to them. This was very annoying as this whole time I was communicating with host but it seems they just take your money and do nothing else. House and amenities were great but worst experience I had with a host
