Welcome to our first floor studio walkout on Grace Bay Beach. Located at a beautiful Grace Bay Resort, at the heart of Grace Bay in building two which is just steps from the beach. Enjoy the worlds most beautiful beach with soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and amazing sunsets. Soak up the sun, feast on lobster, and explore Turks and Caicos many restaurants, shops, a casino, golf course just within walking distance. The unit is a 540 sq ft. studio on the ground floor with walkout. There is a King size bed and kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, toaster and sink. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer in the unit, indoor and outdoor dining, living area and walk out patio. Very close to the beach and pool. Since we are building 2, it is the second condo building from the beach. There is a large TV and reliable internet. Full use of resort facilities is included. The resort is a smaller resort than most on the Island, which makes it very private and relaxed. There are two pools, one beside the bar and a quiet pool, for those looking to read or sleep. The Pelican Bay Restaurant and Bar is located on the resort and offers great food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
