Nestled away amonst the treetops, the moment you walk down the idyllic paved driveway you will sense the peace and tranquility with this very special holiday home. Walking into this magical home, you will be immediately captivated by the soaring feature windows, sky-high ceilings with brick, terracotta and timber textured finishes throughout. The stunning country-style chefs kitchen looks out onto the garden through the stain glass window. Beneath the timber-lined ceiling is a fridge, dishwasher, 5 burner gas stovetop, oven with rangehood and coffee machine. The dining area has a blackbutt slab wood dining table and seating for 10. The ornate sitting area has a comfortable chaise lounge, rocking chair, floor rug, lamp and coffee tables in front of the smart TV with Netflix. The outdoor patio has several tables with chairs for alfresco dining on the deck designed around the trees. Fairy lights in the evenings capitulate the sunset over the frangipani and olive trees surrounding the sunken green yard. The bathroom has a freestanding claw foot bath tub, separate shower, toilet and single sink vanity basin. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied. Fragrances selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests a truly Australian experience. The compact laundry has a front loader washing machine, dryer and trough. Up the steep staircase is a loft-style second story that overlooks the floor below from the sitting lounge and the office with swinging chairs and desk (please note the lack of fence upstairs makes this unsuitable for small children). The upstairs master bedroom with the 4 poster King bed, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe beneath the ceiling fan. Wake up to the glorious views of the treetops without getting out of bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. (The bedrooms are loft-styled so the separating walls are not wall-to-ceiling height). Driveway parking provided.
We enjoyed our stay here, thank you. Lovely cosy house with a really nice little garden space to look out on. For a small place tucked away in the suburbs it felt very spacious, private and relaxing. Short drive from Fremantle or anything else you might need. Short walk for a good coffee at either Venn or Puck just down the road

Quirky house that is nicely designed. Gardens nicely established; however, you will need to park in the street as driveway is quite narrow and overgrown. Outdoor entertaining area is a feature, albeit the decking and furniture were covered in leaf matter and bird droppings. Once we cleaned that area was comfortable. The Gardens are small however well established and maintained and provide a sense of privacy from neighbors on each side. Location is close to shops and public transport. Upstairs mezzanine bedrooms are unique. No bathroom upstairs and only one toilet in the house created a few challenges. One blind was missing from the glass windows which overlook the yard. This was disappointing considering the price paid for the stay. Although all glass across one side of the house, the design made for the house to feel larger than it is. The cathedral ceilings and open space was a feature of this style of architecture. Overall, this is a good place to stay.
Lovely place some great spots nearby for yoga, coffee and a big Wooley’s for a food shop :)
Just a 5 minute walk to Pluck Espresso, Woolworths and Fresh Provisions supermarkets along the bustling Canning Highway.
