Beyond the garden landscape, you can see the rolling hills of the north and even the sea, that is actually just a few kilometres away. The two-storey holiday residence with its traditional style, offers a marvellously designed outdoor area with a handsome garden. At its centre lies the delightfully spacious 72 m² pool, decoratively lined with a meandering pattern. There is a large sun terrace around the pool with ten loungers. Here, you can relax and enjoy the incomparably pretty view of the low hills and mountains of the northern part of the island. An awning over the sun terrace adjacent to the house offers some shade from time to time. Let your mind wander in the hammock stretched over the awning, as you enjoy the sound of the palm leafs softly touching in the wind – these are the delightful sounds of holiday. The palm trees are located directly by the house, adjacent to the covered terrace. A part of the terrace is fitted with relaxing lounge furniture with basket-weave look; next to it, you will find a comfortable dining area. The gorgeous villa is perfectly equipped to accommodate a larger group of travelers, regardless of the season. The dining room pays testament to this, with its winter-garden feel and luxurious, amber-coloured leather chairs, complemented with white-leather double seat couches. When the temperatures start to drop, it offers an open-air ambience thanks to the windows that extend to the floor. Enjoy the view of the garden landscape, with its special hint of individuality and creativity provided by the large metal sculptures. Behind the winter garden, you will find the large kitchen with walls decorated with real Mallorcan, hand-painted tiles in the typical blue-white pattern of the island. The large living room is equipped with a delightful couch landscape located in front of the LCD TV, to spend cosy nights together. The ground floor holds a double room that opens up into the garden; two further bedroom on the upper floor have their own balcony, and the other two bedrooms can hold their own in terms of homeliness and comfort with a fantastic view of the splendid nature. Wonderful, partially hand-cut wooden beds and plenty of storage space guarantee a good night's sleep. The two bathrooms available to guests are each equipped with a bathtub. The fine sandy beaches around Port de Pollença have a shallow entry into the water, which makes them especially comfortable for families. The location makes a trip to the pretty beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia (such as Es Bacares, Can Cap de Bou, and Cala Clara) a real must. The small coastal town of Port de Pollença offers a wonderful promenade with boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Both atmospheric towns, as well as the little city of Pollença and the gorgeous old town of Alcúdia, are true highlights and well worth an excursion. The local markets are particularly rewarding (in Pollença on Tuesdays; in Alcúdia on Wednesdays and even Sundays). Many of the old town streets in Alcúdia are closed off on Sundays for the market. Here, you can quite often discover lovely, unique items as well as delicious fresh produce. A stroll on the market or around the nearby little towns provides a fantastic contrast to quieter days at the villa, which only adds to the special charm of the villa "Ca Na Siona".
