Francisco was very nice The house is located near major sites and is very convenient The kitchen is very well equipped and it's fun for those who want and love to cook And the garden is really pleasant and nice that you can eat outside even when it rains. The water flow in the shower is very weak and the water was either too hot or too cold I couldn't find a balance But that's the only problem. They even give towels to take to the hot baths

The house was full of equipment and cozy, even on cold damp evenings as we used the radiator. Mostly we used the garden, even when it rained, thanks to the covered and bright patio. The front hall and cupboards smelled musky, as could probably be expexted this is a very damp part of the world. Everything was spotless.

This place is as nice or nicer than the pictures. The host was very responsive. There was a terrible storm one of the nights that we were there and he was responsive. Everything was fine. The home is well build. Everything you need is in the kitchen. You can walk to Terra Nostra and the local restaurants. We were a few minutes from other things to do. Highly recommend going to lake Furnas and seeing where all the cozido is made. The park has a fabulous hike to a waterfalls. It was challenging but spectacular and worth the effort. The bakery across the street has great bread. The back yard was lovely. Furnas does not have a lot of night life during the off season but we were so busy during the day that we were ready to rest and go at it again the next day. Sao Miguel is lovely. We will be back and will probably stay in the same place. It was perfect for us and a family of 4 would be very comfortable there.

My 8 year old daughter and I had a great time here. It’s really a sweet town and good jump off point for other interesting places nearby. Thanks!
