Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a five-minute walk; the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 minutes walk away. Our little bijou flat is on the top floor of a beautiful tall Victorian house close to the Hoe, it is accessed by five flights of stairs, as is usual in these types of conversions there is no lift – you need to be fit! It can accommodate up to 4 comfortably. The white kitchen is minimalist and bright and comes fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay, including a Nespresso machine, combination microwave oven, dishwasher & washer-dryer. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. If you simply want to kick back and relax there is a 50 inch flat-screen TV, with all channels accessed via Apps for live streaming and includes Netflix and Disney+. Fresh linen and towels are provided. There are storage drawers under the beds and clothes hanging facilities in both bedrooms.
