This elegant two-bedroom apartment has a fully equipped modern-design kitchen, as well as a lounge with high-end furnishings and finishes. The bedrooms include a king-size bed and a standalone bathroom next door. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. The lounge and bedroom balconies on the 15th floor are ideal for taking in the mountain, city, and a peak of ocean views. The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking, and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which offers some truly spectacular views of the ocean, city, and mountains. Other amenities include: Fiber internet 1 secure parking bay Netflix Washer/dryer combo No load-shedding or Power Cuts in the building.
Check in was delayed due to cleaning taking place, however the place was unhygienic and dirty. Spent 2 days trying to get the apartment cleaned. Bed base was broken in half upon arrival and Propr did not attend to it immediately. The base was replaced on day3 of our stay. The apartment needs a deep clean prior to being let out as well as all amnesties tested prior to noting it as a point of sale.
