Absolutely worth staying at for a few nights. It is exactly in front of the beach, but probably the quieter/less busy end(pro or a con depending on what you're looking for). The rooftop is great with a really nice breeze for hot summer days and nights with a direct and open view of the beachfront. The room itself is as described - nothing fancy but has everything you need. I had to check-in early & the host was very responsive and accommodating. They were very nice when I met them at the front desk for check in and check out. I stayed here a few nights while arranging a medium term apartment rental and it worked out exactly as I wanted to. One thing to be aware of is that there was a live band playing/singing at the (seafood?) restaurant across the street in the evening(I was there on a Vietnamese holiday weekend). Only lasted about 2 hours(quiet after 11pm-ish). Didn't bother me as I expected some level of noise/activity being near the beach, but something to note. Would recommend.

Stayed at Hanh’s place for a week and found the area to be pretty quiet throughout our stay. Hanh was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions and organised the cleaners to come on request when we needed. The WiFi was fast and much more reliable than other places I have stayed. Overall, I was very happy with our stay and would certainly book again to stay here in the future.

The apartment is located a bit further from the main areas in a more quiet and less tourist zone. It is very close to the beach. There is a small supermarket nearby. The internet at the place is fast and stable. Having access to the washing machine on the top floor was convenient. The rooftop area with tables was a great place for us to have some of our dinners or breakfasts with the sea view.
