This studio apartment features sleeping area, bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a patio. This studio apartment comes with sleeping area with queen size bed, full equipped kitchen, bathroom with washer and patio. In kitchen you'll find everything you need and more: dish washer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, kitchen kettle and fridge. Bathroom with walk in shower comes with washing machine. Studio is built in 2023, is it brand new with air conditioning, WiFi and a cable TV.

It was a lovely stay, we enjoyed a lot our time here in Split, great location only a few minutes away from the palace.
I really enjoyed 2 nights of stay in Katie’s airbnb. It was so sad I had only 2 nights to spend time in Split… The location was perfect, easy to get the center of Split.
It was absolutely great! Very nice flat, very comfortable bed, clean rooms snd totally lovely neighbours who helped us in an urgent situation. Kate was also very helpful all the time and also was a big support in an emergency. The flat is really cool and we enjoyed it because it is in short walking distance to many beautiful and important spots!

You'll find this neighborhood most convenient for your stay in Split. Studio apartment is close to everything you must see while in Split; Diocletian palace and old town town center are few minutes away, main beach Bačvice is also in walking distance and Marjan park.
Main bus station is 20 min walk from the apartment and there is no need for taxi or bus. From the same bus station you can go to Dubrovnik, Trogir, NP Krka, NP Plitvice, Mostar, Zadar, Šibenik, Zagreb, etc.
Ferry port (from where you can go to all islands near Split, like Hvar, Vis, Brač, Korčula, Mljet, etc.) is also 20 minutes walk from the apartment which is convenient if you want to do one way trip or if you are visiting islands before or after your stay.
SPU Airport is 30 min drive from Split and you can take taxi, private transfer (which I can organize for you if you need one) or shuttle bus which will take you to the previous mentioned main bus station.
Last option is city bus nr. 37 which can also take you to town (but shuttle bus is better option as it goes on faster route).
