I had a great time in my month-long stay here. Larry was always very polite, friendly and responsive and helped me out in no time whenever I had any issues. He would regularly get bagels, donuts, coffee for the guests, and there were always fresh flowers around the house which made the place look very warm and cheerful. Everything in the Bnb was exactly as described in the listing. The house is a good quite neighbourhood with parks and stores nearby and easily accessible bus stop & Bart station.

I am so thankful to have met Larry and stayed at his place for two months. Larry is a kind, empathetic, and generous spirit. He is also an experienced host and has crafted this space over the years in a way that accomodates longer stays like mine. The house is well organized with two inhabitants per floor which did not feel crowded. Across two full sized fridges there was ample space. Guests also have access to dry pantry space. My arrival was warm, with a lovely welcoming letter that had clear details regarding the house and surroundings. Laundry machines were in house and worked flawlessly. The two bathrooms both have showers that work well. The house was cleaned professionally regularly. With love, I hope that if you do stay here to treat the space more like a home than a hotel. I was fortunate to have housemates who often shared this view and our experiences were so much richer for it ^_^ PS If you happen to run, Larry is a running force. I learned so much as a fledgling runner!

L&L were great hosts! Thoughtful with instructions while remaining friendly. There was no shortage of coffee & snacks if need be. Larry went above and beyond by always providing coffee for his guests. Close to glen park BART station, about 10-15 min walk. Would come back for sure!

Laura & Larry’s home is convenient to BART (huge plus), and I loved the dorm-style living! I stayed for a month and it has everything a single traveler needs in SF. Would be glad to return.

Larry was a great host, it worked out very well for my internship in downtown San Francisco over the summer, good location in a quieter neighborhood just south of the Mission but still close enough to the city. The 14 and 49 are reliable Muni bus routes right outside the house as is the BART from Glen Park which all take you through the heart of the city. Cleaners came through the house on a consistent basis and Larry regularly provided snacks in the common areas.
