Excellent
The apartment was very clean, in a convenient location close to train station and Newport centre. Hosts were really helpful and very responsive.
The location is great and the apartment was spotless. The downside was the lack of any cutlery whatsoever, the wifi box that had no credit on it which meant no tv or phone wifi and the oversensitive light sensor which meant the light came on at night whenever I turned over. I reported these issues on the first night and the company responded to apologise but did nothing. The £85 cleaning fee meant this wasn't a great bargain given the issues that weren't addressed. Good location, clean and tidy, but missing some basics.
the accommodation was great. WiFi was awful as was the network so not hosts fault just area. well stocked.
