We recently stayed at 1 The Raphael and had problems right from the start. We were sent the wrong codes for the bin store plus the key box! For an hour we tried ringing the "emergency number" & emailed but with no reply! Got in touch with Airbnb who gave us a code & then able to get in. This was very stressful as we had our elderly parents with us who we're getting very stressed. But then had the problem that the wrong key was in the lock box! We met another elderly couple who had been trying to get into their flat. We realised the keys had been in the wrong boxes and so we swapped keys. The flat was clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable. But the toilet seat was very loose which was dangerous for the elderly, the sofa was unusable as the springs were poking through and no padding at all. The TV was constantly glitching and so unwatchable. Still no reply from Propertri!!! Ignorant

Great place to stay stylish and waking distance to food and town would highly recommend
