Very convenient for transport and all the great pubs and music clubs in downtown Newport
The place was great, very clean and looked like the photos so there were no surprises. We had trouble with the link to the check in instructions but we contacted the host and he resolved it immediately. He was great at communicating throughout our stay.
Elliotts place is very well appointed and very close to all amenities in Newport. An accessible pay car park is very close. The actual booking is more complex than we are used to, with rental agreements, damage deposits etc. Arrival times are very fixed unless you pay extra. All in all a very nice place, tarnished somewhat by an overly inflexible set of rules applied by the host. I realise the host is entitled to run his AirBNB on his terms. I just feel as a long standing user of AirBNB, the reasons for using the service got a bit lost here.
