As you can see from review stars I have left, although the property has had its positives for us this weekend, we would certainly not recommend this until it is cleaned and actually replicates the standard advertised. I would like to discuss a refund. The property on arrival did not have the beds made to the amount needed and I had to make contact to rectify this. Further to the photos, the door to the bedroom doesn’t close. I have a two year old who has been unable to play on the floor as it is flithy and dirty. Rubbish was found in drawers and the bins outside are disgusting. Thankfully, the beds are comfy and clean and we have spent limited time in here, with minimal use of the kitchen. We had to clean the cutlery before it was used, as this too was dirty. I have requested a partial refund with this property due to this issues stated but no contact has been made from them since.

property was very clean, and perfect for what we needed it for. there was alot of noise from the flat upstairs, not sure if residents or just visitors of another property but interrupted sleep etc. there was no bin/cleaning supplies to wash up or tidy up very well, had to keep walking out to the bin outside the property. I would stay again but little additions would help alot
