We had a great stay at Tim’s place. Clean, comfy and felt updated and new. Loved the cafe lights on the patio. Nice grill. It worked perfect for us. Tim was responsive and made us feel at home. My friends kept saying this place was perfect for us! Would stay again.

The home was beautiful! Not far from the strip and other great restaurants and fun things to do. Tim was super helpful and always responded quickly. It fit my group of 8 with ease and had fun games to play too! The outdoor area was great for late night conversations over the fire. 10/10 experience!

Wonderful place to stay! Beds were extra comfortable in every room. Nicely decorated! Would’ve wanted to utilize backyard a little more but just got too busy. Would highly recommend!👍 Tim was very accommodating to our needs.😊

Just like his home Time was GREAT! He helped so much with any and all my questions. We love a good early check in and he did just that. He explained everything so clear and respectfully. Where we're from, Seattle, LV is different but we felt at home. It was a tough departure but all good things must come to an end. Thanks again Tim!
