Mother/ daughter four days with Ken's place as our base worked exceptionally well. House was well positioned with easy access to all major roads in and put of Hobart. Check-in was easy and the entire house was spotlessly clean. Bed linen and towels (Sheridan) were of a high quality. Small touches like diffuser, coffee table books and plants/ flowers made it very homely. Easy to operate TV. Very narrow stairs to top bedroom required caution when moving a suitcase up and down. I would readily stay at Ken's again for its proximity to the city centre, pleasant surroundings and spaciousness.

Lovely little cottage style house complete with private garden. Spotlessly clean and set back from the busy main road so not much traffic noise. The stairs are steep and narrow - something to watch if you have mobility issues or young kids. Communication with Ken was easy and he helpfully provided excellent recommendations for local shops and cafes. We parked on the street but there is also a small off street parking space. I recommend backing in though to make it easier to join a busy road. I’d be happy to go back. Thanks Ken!
